Angst

“It’s not a phase, mom!”
We’ve all been there… screaming that the world doesn’t understand us in a pubescent hormone-fueled rage. Poor attempts at poetry lie smashed underfoot as we stomp around in search of meaning.
Adolescence is cruel and beautiful. Angst is central to the adolescent experience (at least it was for me). Most of us prove our parents right and grow out of it. Others remain angsty.
So throw your stuff down, flop onto the bed, crank the stereo and drown out the noise. Long Live Angst.
Sleepy Eyes

“I’m not sad… I just got sleepy eyes.”
The point of this playlist isn’t necessarily to induce sleep. It seeks to set the mood for relaxation. Listen to it when you’re getting ready for bed, taking an evening walk, or just need something to calm you down. This playlist is ideal for cozying up on the couch with a cup of tea while a purring cat lays on your lap.
Turn the lights down low and let your eyelids droop.
Sweet dreams.
Peach

Peaches Peaches Peaches…
No, this isn’t just a loop of Jack Black singing about his love for Princess Peach. Although, that does sound pretty nice.
This playlist is a mix of upbeat bedroom pop and melodic grooves. If Princess Peach was a mood, I think this is what it would sound like.
Merry Christmas

Santa, can you hear me?
Time to feel the holiday spirit with some holiday classics and modern day seasonal bangers.
From Bing Crosby to NSYNC, all the hits are here. Crank up the volume, put on your Santa hat and get ready to rock around the Christmas tree.
Make yourself a hot buttered rum and sing along. Actually, scratch that. Hot buttered rum seems like a pretty gross combination. I’ll stick to peppermint milkshakes.
Merry Christmas!
Classy Christmas

“The name is Bond…Santa Bond.”
Keep it classy while listening to this classical and jazzy mix of Christmas tunes. Perfect for the holiday dinner party, festive background music or when you really just don’t want to hear Mariah Carey belting out her singular Christmas desire.
